1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• For digital products (e.g., notes, e-books), cancellation is not applicable after download.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
• If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, please contact us with your order ID.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloaded e-books, PDF notes, or digital courses once accessed.
• Products purchased under clearance sale or special discounts.
